End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Making Sense of Security (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of our website, tools, applications, and services.

– Attempt to bypass security measures

3. Intellectual Property:

All content, branding, tools, and software are owned by Making Sense of Security and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. AI Tools & Outputs:

Our AI-powered tools provide informational outputs only. We do not guarantee accuracy, and results should not be solely relied upon.

5. User Data:

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.

10. Changes to Agreement:

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time.
